It was toolong ago for anything to come of it now but I remember Prince saying that he was filming footage for a new movie...but that was back in the 90's and coudl have actually been the 'story' of 3 Chains of Gold

who am i kidding,of course i would like to see another Prince movie!

does anyone remember the rumour claiming Prince & Lisa Hernandez filmed
a movie called "3121" last summer?
maybe we are in for a nice surprise?

Prince's Movie "Purple Rain" is awesome because it follows several moving making theories.

Prince's Movie Purple Rain still TO THIS DAY, expands his fan base. My dad-in-law is a good example of this.

My dadinlaw is a 62 year old man who has spent too many years in an over restricting religious cult like church. The type of church that has people going around to it using scare tatics to send a "there is the devil in modern day music" message. Although they stick to KISS and such bands, they have said smack against prince too. However upon showing my dadinlaw Purple Rain, he realized the soulful nature of prince and realized that he isn't at all a bad guy. Let alone the devil.

A MOVIE did this. Now my DadinLaw is a prince fan. I even had him listening to some of his music and he was loving it. My next step is to make a spiritually charged mixed CD of prince music. Although this isn't that easy because althought prince is still working at it his spiritual stuff has been lacking for some time.

But back to my point. The Point I am making is that a movie can do this, if the movie is done right.

I think it is getting about time for Prince's Purple Rain two. Or what ever.

....generally it seems he does whatever he wants ....

If Prince ever did another film, he should be the voice to a character in an animated film. That would be so different for him and a big shock to all his fans..

Yes. Prince and Michael Jackson should do a movie together in which they play crime fighters. who must stop the evil Sony Warner who's trying to steal all the worlds publishing rights

an animated film would b pretty trippy i mean i watched that muppets show wid P in it and he puts on a few different personas so i think he could do sumthin tripped out but still make it a musical movie but also animated, that would be a first besides most disney movies but they aint as cool as a P animated movie.....wat the hell am i sayin if its another Graffitti Bridge he should quit while his ahead! -please God, NOOOOO, no more Prince movies ever, at least 'acting' movies

-I'd take a concert film any day

-if someone ever did let him release a movie again, I'd surely see it, but I sincerely doubt it would be for any reason other than to drool overy my Princey while giggling my ass off at whatever schlocka he was makin me watch
