It's available at mtv.com - somehow I've never managed to see it before, but ahead of my pre-3121 Prince fast, I thought it would be worth watching. Nicely done, and it seems as relevant today as it did 15 years ago...

no--the other version had some footage from the gulf war, i think. just a bunch of stuff...can't remember all that was in it, but prince wasn't in spike's version of the video (well, 'cept for the song of course).

I think the other version cuts back n forth between war footage with the lyrics (ie: ...cloud of gas/ and u think u got it bad?)and P, the band, and Rosie. I remember cuz they show his face at the end before the screen fades to black.
