Do you think that he would have released this on March 21 if it WASN'T a normal music release day?

I was wondering about this. How long had he been planning the actual date. Was it coincidence? Did he purposefully postpone this release because it'd be "cool" to actually do it on 3-21?

I am thinking he'd release it on 3-21 ONLINE if it hadn't been on the release tuesday and then to the STORES on he following Tuesday.

Here's what I'm wondering: it sure seemed like he was getting ready to launch a new project (namely, release a new album) about this time last year. I'm wondering if the album we're about to get is that same album? Maybe there have been some changes...or maybe that project was completely scrapped and he started over?
