i've never gotten a prince song-related injury because i don't dance (seriously). however, i've witnessed someone else getting one: a couple years ago, i was at first avenue on new year's eve and "d.m.s.r." was playing (i think that's what was on)...there was this woman and her date dancing drunkenly nearby. the woman must've been totally blitzed outta her skull, because she did some weird move and fell over on her back and hit her head on the floor. she hit the floor so hard you could hear the "bonk" of her head hitting the floor over the loud music.

i still feel sorry for whoever that chick was...next morning she had to nurse a hangover and a big fat goose egg on the back of her noggin.
