That's cool ya'll!!! Too many hoops though, even for Prince. LA to SLC is a long drive on a road prone to black ice this time of year. (Been there, done the ending up in the ditch, could'a been killed thing two years ago) Good luck to all of you wanting tickets!! I'm firmly planted in denial |

Hey ya'll, 31.21 is Pricey for tickets. I mean It's a fine price to go see Prince, but Jsut cause the man ususally charges $100.00.
Anyway, I bought two tickets from NPGMC, and now I want out of it. Acoording to ticket master you have to show up the night of the show and walk DIRECTLY into the Fillmore. I was depending on being able to show up a bit early and sell one of my tickets. And now I'm not gonna be able to do that. I don't want to do this whole four hours of waiting just so I can see Prince play guitar for Tamar. I originally thought this show was gonna be Prince with Tamar opening. I didn't realise he was merely going to be in her band. I want to see the NEW BAND! | |

First off, Prince has always been against ticket touts who scalp desperate fans for lots of money, and has tried many different ways to eliminate the problem - and this is another one, and I think he has a total right to do that. He simply wants the tickets available for fans, not ticket touts buying loads simply with the idea of making a profit Secondly, the info about the gig plainly says Tamar with guest Prince, and if you're going to buy tickets for a gig without doing a tiny bit of research, then that's whay you get. I think you should just bite the bullet and go see the show - I think it will still be enjoyable and if you read the reviews, Prince does seem to get a bit more involved towards the end of the show. It is still a relatively rare gig and I'm sure a night to remember. | |

The ticket price is $31.21 the name of Prince's new album for chrissakes. It didn't say anywhere that you had to walk right into the show when I bought the tickets. I thought I could sell my tickets if it didn't work out for me to go. I'm totally not interested in seeing TAMAR w/ Prince in the band... She's probably some Jesus Zombie, you know what I mean? I ESPECIALLY don't want to do all the waiting around and in lines that Prince makes you go through at his shows to see TAMAR. I wasn't planning to cash in w/ my ticket sales or anything. | |
