PURPLE RAIN- NEW EDITION What were the bonus features on this dvd that was not on the original dvd(movie)? I haven't gotten a chance to see it and I want to know what's on there before I purchase it...  | |

there's a whole second disc of stuff, including a documentary where they talk to the revolution, and footage from the MTV coverage of the premiere, and all the promo videos by prince and the time and apples 6. you should get it.  | |

Plus, it's in Widescreen, instead of that awful pan-and-scan.

Take a look again. The widescreen version has only slightly more picture information on the sides, and lops a lot of picture information on the top and bottom. I have a feeling that they screwed up the widescreen transfer. | |
