I know you vets have probably seen this a million times BUT....For any fellow newbie who has not heard this one. This is a song that was originally intended for Purple Rain. I believe it was replaced by The Beautiful Ones. I like the song but I am glad they went with The Beautiful Ones.

I don't think so. The closest would be a rehearsal version. Those are the only two that I know of. And it is a great song.

It's a cool song. But he made the best decision with THE BEAUTIFUL ONES. It fit in with the album so much more...

i think there was room for both on the record. i LOVE this song, it's juts amazing!!

that is a great show... and was the sorce for purple rain and a few others (IIRC) i had it on tape...too bad it seems the quality is about the same poor poor poor...

it's a pretty cool song
