Prince and Lenny Kravitz

Have they worked toghther, they would be a killer combo. I'm sure they've done something. Right?

In addition 2 guest appearances on stage with each other, such as in '93 when they did When You Were Mine, and in '99 during the Rave Un2 The Year 2000 concert, Lenny has said in an interview awhile back that he plays or sings on one of the tracks on the Gold Experience but isn't mentioned in the liner notes, probably due 2 the record labels, Lenny confirmed he worked on this album, but he didn't say on which track.

Wow, I didn't know Lenny played on the Gold Experience. There's no logic behind this, but I'd guess he was on "Endorphinemachine".

Didn't Prince hint to some unreleased songs he and Lenny did together during that interview with Kurt Loder on Mtv? I don't remember his actual words though.

Also, am I imagining things or did I see them performing "Peach" together somewhere? I always love to hear that one live.

Wasn't it Radio City he performed Peach? YES. And did Lenny have anything to do with ROCK N ROLL IS ALIVE AND LIVES IN MINNEAPOLIS like GUITAR? Can't remember if so?

He didn't play on that but Lenny's Rock and Roll Is Dead, inspired Prince 2 write Rock and Roll Is Alive (and It Lives In Minneapolis).

In a Belgium magazine (think it was Humo) Lenny said in an interview that he has collaborated with Prince. They played some stuff in P's studios which was recorded but according to Lenny these recordings were put into the vault and he doesn't know when they will see daylight (if they ever do). However I dont know if this concerns actual new songs or just a jamsession. Anyway sounds interesting.

Lenny and Prince Rocked on this DVD.....Shame there wasn't more....In fact we could have done without the Times performance and had Prince and Lenny doing tracks like "Are you gonna go my way" ..... Now that would have kicked ass !!

My Girlfriend was like this drool3 cuz she adores Lenny Kravitz and I was like this headbang all the way through !!

Not sure if they have recorded any tracks together though ??

lenny kravitz sucks...his lyrics suck and he plays guitar like a high schooler in a rock band that somehow (because of looks) reached his mid 40's without improving his skills

They wrote that duet they did:

" Wherever U Go, Whatever U Do Again"

Wherever U go, whatever U do
Oh, please remember that I'll always be there 4 U
U don't have 2 call, U don't have 2 say
Just think about me and I'll be on my way
I don't have 2 worry, I'm sure U'll be fine
Cuz if U stay happy, then what's yours is mine
Wherever U go, whatever U do
Remember that I'll always be there 4 U (Oh yeah)

I've been searching for you
I heard a cry within my soul
I've never had a yearning quite like this before
Now that you are walking right through my door

All of my life
Where have you been?
I wonder if I'll ever see you again
And if that day comes
I know we could win
I wonder if I'll ever see you again

Because they couldn't agree on the final mix they each released their own version.
