What does 3121 REALLY mean?

What does it really mean? The purple one must have something up his sleeve, so what is the meaning behind the name? Does anyone know? eek

It's really strange honestly. I have seen date like refrences to it along with a personfication of 3121.
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
