Howard would make Prince cry.

I don't think Prince would cry but I think that he would piss Prince off...And when Prince is angry he does make some great music.

i agree

It's just Prince would not want Stern's fans as a potential target audience.

The little fellow can hold his own weight.

you MUST be joking right? Stern's fans are 13 million strong...target audience from 18 - 46 or something....confused

U see things from one perspective.

Prince is more likely to show up on Sesame Street than the Stern show, thats a cold hard facto. He is just way conservative. He prolly never had the tolerance or humor ever to handle Stern but now he's way to goody goody.

Hey possibly Wendy and Lisa would go on the Stern show! Some good Revolution ?'s and maybe a jam at the Sirius studios, that would work.

BTW: Can't get enough of Sirius sat radio, well worth it even without an all NPGMC station. Though the idea of a all Prince station rocks, so does the thought of some Prince cds going to 5.1 multichannel SACD/or dvd audio..but Behind O' the Times mess with your mind get some bootlegs before you get a damn thing from NPGMC; unless its some incence that is and they smell good to, so its all good I guess! I always said I'll take what I can get from P.

Yes, Like I said I think Prince would more likely show up on Sesame Street or the Muppets vs. the Stern show. Hey wait, he did do the Muppet show... I'm sure the Kermit interview was easy on little man.

cool Howard Stern would kiss Prince's ass if he ever did his show.

You don't know Howard.

i listen to his show everyday (yes--i am that much a dork.) Prince has come up many many times, especially in the past year or so. howard is a huge fan. he has definitly thrown his share of jabs at P, but more times than not, he is championing Prince. i would not call it "kissing his ass," but Howard would definitly not try to make P feel uncomfortable if he were to be in the studio. i know he would have 1,000,000 questions, and hopefully some of them challenging. i think P would certainly be able to hold his own, because howard is definitly a "fan" of his (overall) and would never be on attack mode. howard is often naive when it comes to new music. he is very "hit orientated." this may present the only clash, so to speak. if P were to perform in studio, i guarentee he would want the hits---not the new (prime example, the recent classic visit by Stevie.)

*** 2nd thought....have any of you heard George Takei on his show this week? simply too perfect for words!!! crazy addicting!!! especially the banter between he an artie. ***

The new show has been great and I'm glad I don't have to get up early to listen to it.

I know Howard would be as respectful as he could be, but he won't put up with Prince's thugs telling him what he can and can't ask. And that's why Prince would never go on the show.

he would have to be there for a musical performance...to me that's the only way it could come close to working.
on your 2nd thought! George Takei is AWESOME!! he's only here for this week though...I thought he was gonna be a perm part of the show...oh well, I'm sure he'll be on more than he used to be. too funny! I love Arthie! falloff

YES YES!!! too funny that they scammed George twice saying that Arnold called him, and then worked it again today saying Dave Letterman wanted him on his show tonite. you would almost feel bad for him, but he couldn't be a better sport about it. he is now the "official voice" of the show----so even though he may not be in the studio on a regular basis----his voice, the best voice EVER, certainly will be.

Howard is still super cool... Prince, although an incredible songwriter and musician, is not nearly as cool as he used to be...

So true, end of story

Come on now. You all know Howard. He doesn't spare anybody. He'd ask Prince many of the questions that you see posted on this website everyday. And now that he's on Satellite radio where the FCC can't touch him, He'd really act a fool. Prince doesn't like to talk about his sex life. I can see him getting up and leaving in the middle of the interview.

It's a sad, sad day when "conservative" and "goody goody" are used to describe Prince. neutral
