Prince Guitar Work in the song Anastesia Have any of you guys listen closely to this song, the arrangements, the soaring guitar solos it just freaking blows my mind. I always wonder why Prince does not let his guitar work stand out in some of his songs like Anastesia.
That song has some serious guitar licks!!! "Say it Loud - I'm Black and I'm Proud!!!" - Brother James Brown
"Make my funk the P-FUNK...I want my funk uncut...." Brother George Clinton

Especially the last hit at the end of the song. it totally conveys the EXACT mood of the song. This is one of my all time faves. 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

What I find to be amazing is how his music is so freakin' ageless! I absolutely loved this song when it first hit, and I could hit the replay sixteen times TODAY.
And by the by, it has been about 16 years and I still don't know what the line "Gregory looks just like a ghost..." alludes to? I really dig the piano chords... La, la, la
