Yes it is. As I have explained many times to people who somehow think his going bald is a weakness and refuse to believe it. I sat in the front frow for tons and tons of Paisley and Glam Slam performances throughout the 1990's and into the early 2000's and it was clear to EVERYONE that his hair was thinning and then magically it filled back out. This does not happen naturally.
