Anyone else here still waiting 4 The Vault book from UPTOWN?

Well 2morrow will be 6 months and still no Vault book or a reply from UPTOWN, UPTOWN has always been good about orders in the past,don't know what the problem has been, does anyone know if paypal will refund the payment?
