People think something is wrong with me because i listen to prince all the time? i try to explain to them how much of a genius he is but they say he is gay or think the only thing he ever made was purple rain.

Yes!!!! When I tell people I listen to Prince the first thing they say is that he is either weird or gay . Then I find myself trying to explain to them why I like Prince and why they should like Prince!

The one thing about being a Prince fan I always remarked on, was that I was not a sheep.....I wasn't following the flock - That is everbody else or "The Trend" at the time, I was an individual (Ignoring the several million other fans!!)

Next time someone makes a half ass comment about you being a Prince fan, just make some obscure comment - A Prince Lyric usually does the trick !!!

My Parents thought I was Gay cuz my bedroom wall was top to bottom in Prince Posters and stuff, But I was just a huge fan, thats all.....I still have posters now, although they are rolled up and stored away !!!
