Speaking of extended versions (I found a copy of the Little Red Corvette 12" mix at Off the Record in San Diego, and bumped it, and I too wondered - since he did 8-9 minutes long versions of songs on the album, indeed, why not include this one, too)...anyway:

A couple years ago, I got ahold of an extended extended version of Delirious, believe it or not.

Which leads me to think that both ...Corvette and Delirious were put on the album as they were, because they were the full versions at the time, and then Prince went back and remixed. But Delirious never got a 12" treatment. I wonder why?
