I just looked at the Dec. 31 charts on billboard.com, I didn't see TAC in any of the single charts I looked at. On VH1.com, as of Dec. 27 Prince is listed as the #6 artist, and TAC as the #6 video. Anyone know how to check how often they're showing the video?

What if you threw a press conference and no one came?

Hey, Prince didn't want to wow us with his new single - he wanted something tasteful and understated (for him, anyway) - why shouldn't people be underwhelmed by the results?

I don't mind the song or the video, but I'm sure it's not what the mainstream music buying public expects or necessarily wants from prince. They're still used to the little dude with eyeliner and frilly clothes who rips up his guitar solos. They're not getting that with this song. Risky.

Or maybe the general public are clever than you think: they know the song's shit. lol
There are three sides to every story. My side, your side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each one differently

Maybe he just, for whatever reason, wanted to start the project on 12/13, that's why the video is released and nothing else really happens. The whole project will be promoted much more, I guess. Another single closer to the album release and TV appearances.
