I've always loved the song. It was the first Prince song I owned that I didn't have to buy myself. I got it as a gift from someone who really put a lot of thought into what I'd really like as opposed to getting me something they thought I should have, like everyone else. Plus the record was purple, what was not to love??

The song gives me mad goosebumps, the UK dude u did ok I like it, my beloved is with his family and I miss him 2 so a lonely Xmas is one of my favorite songs and I love it, just here in NZ it was sunny and 27 degrees and sunset was at (.13 Pm tomorrow it will be 26 and sunrise at 5.47am

I spended a lonely christmas yersterday, alone and all by myself, i heard this song about 5 times. Its great. Yesterday was my fav song of all times.
