well,at the musicology concert I had seats that were far back(not nose bleed tho  ) but after the show me and my friend were tryna get out this door(we thought it was an exit) a security guard yelled at us and was like you cant go back there...so Prince was probally there  | |

At the Detroit soundcheck for One Nite Alone, he walked in-between me and my sister - and we were only standing about 1 foot apart! Prince fit through, but then his bodyguard nudged us aside (Prince was walking from the back of the theater to the stage via the aisleway). |

Eye must say..security was tight but....God willin eye stayed there the whole show. He frequented my side of the stage area alot. He looked down at me n winked then smiled at me. All of my friends round me were in awe. Eye smiled back. Great night.  | |

I never thought he was actually that small, because in pictures he looks proportionate . . but MAN he was tiny! Like a 10-year old boy - not kidding. |

At a BET afterparty here in DC during the Act II swing, he made his entrance into a quaint little roped off area of The Dome nightclub. There were only a few people already there with passes. As he approached, I extended my hand and said, "phenomenal show brother". He said thank you while briefly shaking my hand, never stopping his forward stride as he and security settled behind a section that was cordoned off just for him. The whole time he was there, no one from the band approached him but Tony, and he was only over there for a hot minute.
The real coup was being able to hit the dance floor with both Mayte and Carmen on the same night. I even chilled with Sonny, Mayte and my friend Michelle on the bus chartered for the band. They were both supercool. Carmen must have rode with Prince. [Edited 1/4/06 0:03am] | |
