1 being your favourite soundtrack
5 being your least favourite

SOTT is my favorite album but I don't really consider it a soundtrack. With that in mind I'd keep the order the same as above.

Purple Rain-simply not only one of the greatest albums of all time the placement of each song in the movie paints a perfect picture.

Parade-The feel of the location and era of the film coincides extremely well with most every song in the movie.Too bad Alexa De Paris(namely) was left off of the soundtrack.

SOTT-As stated earlier, this is my all time favorite album.It is possibly Prince's greatest display of his strengths as a singer,musician,song writer and composer. The concert film only solidifies that.

Batman-Again, most songs in this soundtrack truely expresses the main characters of the movie. Namely with The Future's haunting look into the world according to Batman and Partyman taking the listener to the chaotic mind of the Joker.

Graffiti Bridge-Great music unfortunately got lost in a not so great movie.

These are always the toughest to rank, and when placed against eachother, it's even more difficult for me...But here it goes:

1) Graffiti Bridge
2) Purple Rain
3) Batman
4) Sign O' The Times
5) Parade

I like (well, love) PR and Graffiti Bridge about equally, and Batman and SOTT fall one rung below that, with Batman getting the edge because it's a more energetic and consistent record. Parade comes last, because as much as I love it, a few songs get on my nerves and are too repetitive.
