Strange But True NPGMC Paisley Newz
June 25: Everything in the song: "Strange But True"...is simply that- STRANGE BUT TRUE. A message to the NPGMC members? Inspired by the reception Prince is getting at the Celebration? Hmmm maybe Ian. I never really "get" these messages on Paisley Newz anyway. Looking at the lyrics I thought okay so all that lot is strange but true... okay then!
P.S. Not tempted by that £4000 1985 Prince guitar then? ( I never did get that Hohner Tele I e-mailed you about ages ago, the other half gave me one look and I thought "hmmm maybe I should put that money towards something else!")  Just somewhere in the middle,

From reading the other thread, apparently that guitar went for 30,000 to the comedien Ed Byrne. Wealthy b*stard! That's okay about the Hohner tele, your other half is probably right! I could think of a million better things to spend my money on  My missus has given up complaining when I come home with 10 new video games and some magic beans...

I'd always thought that this song was The Artist singing it about 'Prince'. It made sense to me at the time, anyway. | |

These lyrics seem to be felt and interpreted as individually and personally as nature. Works over time too, like the Bible. Everlasting now. IMHO | |
