what do you mean not really!!!

Come on! I think you need to listen to Mia Boca again and than listen to Te Amo Corazon

the similarities between these two songs is an almost identical match

dont go head to head with a Prince master there young'n wink

and don't go head-to-head with a sista who can tell two songs apart enough to tell you that they don't fucking match.

reach any further and your arm'll fall off.

Whoa! Whoa! No need for hostile words....

Especially since you are completely and utterly wrong and I am totally right on the money honey

Listen and learn from the master on anything and everything P

1. It isn't Miles Davis

.

Learn to read: RUMORED

I did read it.

I know it said 'rumored'.

It should have said 'falsely rumored' because it plainly isn't Miles Davis ...

...which is why I wrote, 'It isn't Miles Davis'.

U mean like the opening of "Holy River" is ripped from the vinyl version of Stevie's "Golden Lady" ?

Hmmm.... I only have the CD of the latter, but I'd love to hear that. Y'know, I think you're allowed to post up to 30 seconds of a song before record companies get pissed.... (hint, hint!)
wink

ill dig it out and send to u later

Alost identical? No way... As a long time fan of Mia Boca ever since hearing the instrumental version from UTCM, I can tell you they are not identical.

However, the beginning of TAC does have that lovely Parade era feeling...if only it were carried through the whole song. mad

Heh, i guess someone else did notice this. I posted http://www.prince.org/msg/7/170836 a few mins ago with the same question pretty much, but without going back and listening to songs in 86, 87, the song Screams Of Passion without a doubt is using the same synth sound in the beginning as Tae Amo Corazon. What a great sound that is.
