Y'know, technically they weren't anything, since there were no countries, regions, continents, etc. And, since there were no other people, there couldn't have been any languages at all... Adam and Eve must've made the first language up themselves. Like, "ug" means "food." And "oooh" means "the big fella with the long white beard."
