I completely agree, and i just hope he never again tries to win over the teeny boppers, because it aint ever gonna happen, they want their own music by artists their age.
i wish he would go the Sting route and grow old gracefully, a 47 year old man prancing and shaking his ass wouldnt go over well with a lot of people i think.

This is a good sign sign for the new album, very pretty song.

I think there is a lot more than 3% using Mac. I've tried Safari, IE and Firefox - zippo. I get the ad but no file format for Mac. This is definitely wrong. Midget...get it together.

As I said in another thread; I'm still not feeling this song. The video was to short, the song is to short and Prince sure lacks passion. He should have brushed up on his spanish .. And Selma of ALL people could have told him he was prounouncing it all wrong

I missed the stinking video because we moved and have no phone service or cable service yet!!!!

I can’t believe I’m saying this about a Prince video, but this is one of the finest videos I’ve seen this year -- from anyone.

So many videos are so obnoxiously literal minded that you feel you’re gagging on the song or they go so far in the opposite direction that the video is nothing more than free-association weirdness just for the sake of weirdness.

But this video strikes a great balance between offering meaning and leaving space for personal interpretation.

My favorite moments thus far:

- The opening shot where the camera is pushed in in graduated stages to a historic building Prince is walking towards that is extraordinarily backlit in yellow brilliance and reflecting in a pool of water out front, setting up the real and imagined, light and shadow motif that will be used throughout.

- As the music begins, the cutting back and forth between Prince and his admired with camera movement so expertly inspired that it's as if they were dancing a tango together.

- Near the end where Prince is seated at a table eating a meal when the background becomes an apparition or psychic painting upon the wall, seemingly conjured from the very potent emotional connection that once took place in this space (or simply a video he’s projecting, if you prefer the literal explanation of this phenomenon); and then the final shot of Prince reaching out to stroke this woman’s face using only the shadow of his hand.

And, finally, I love the final image of Prince standing all alone with his back to the camera in the corner of the shot, this time facing the pool of water from the other side looking back at the earlier reflection he created standing in the backlit opening of the building at the start of the video. But then the Prince in the foreground fades out and the reflection of the person remains.

I can't believe the day has arrived where a new Prince album provides almost no interest to me.

The video is fine, but this song is the biggest yawner ever. Heck, it makes bad lead releases like BBGW and TGRES sound funky as hell by comparison!
