It takes more than Prince making a shitty song to ruin my year. Any Prince fan should be used to disappointments by now. This is just Prince business as usual.

My Hope is that Prince chose one of the less powerful, less meaningful, less intresting songs to let out as a single. Some people might not think this would make sense, but I do think that in Prince's place in music he could pull something like this off. I am hoping this is what is going on with the new single. This is what I am hoping has happened off the "4thcumming" albume 3121. Am I just holding my breath until I turn blue and black out?

Sydney	This song is a crashing bore. Beautifully executed as ever but give me Xtra-loveable any time! I will not underestimate the power of the forthcoming album (as Prince always suprises you) but this is not what I wanted to hear heading into the party season.

Anyone have a ballpark, or pasley park, figure on the number of days the first single gets out to when the albume actually is let out?
