I want to see Prince look old He's damn near 50 and he looks like a zygote. I'm tired of that skinny MF looking so young. He needs some wrinkles on his face. He needs some crow's feet. He needs some varicose veins. He needs to age horribly like the Rolling Stones, who looked 60 back in the 70's and now look about 80. He is never going to get to be a elder statesman unless he starts getting some gray in his hair and starts dressing in courdoroys pulled up to his chest.
I demand to see some age acceleration immediately. Like overnight. Like "Damn what happened to Prince...did he get some radiation dropped on his ass?" Maybe I should be a vegan like Prince so I could look freakishly young. Ripple is vegetarian, isn't it? | |

There's a couple of b&w magazine pics from about 1998 where looks like shit - I dunno what that was about, you don't usually see those sort of pics of Prince, they looked like mugshots or something, all receeding hairline, wrinkles and gaunt-paleness. | |

well, i for one don't equate "a few lines or bags or sags here and there" with "unattractive". just because a person is aging doesn't mean they aren't, or can't be, sexy and attractive. i really wonder about the mindset of those people who freak out at the very idea of Prince showing any signs of aging, as if that somehow diminishes him or his attractiveness. no matter how high a pedestal someone puts Prince on or how much they buy into his "I'll never age" malarcky, the fact is PEOPLE AGE. you can't avoid it or run from it (unless you die, i guess )
so just because Prince has obvious signs of age and those signs get pointed out doesn't really mean he's not still totally gorgeous and beautiful. at least that's my thoughts on the subject. | |

That is the wonderful thing about aging and Prince. He keeps getting better. He looks great for late 40s as he looked great for early 20s. His music is even more breathtaking than it was 20 years ago. People get a warm confident nostalgic feeling from those things and people that have always come through and been a beacon through the ages. This is what Prince has been to music. Time moves for everyone - even the rich, famous, and insanely gifted. It is the grace and composure with which one meets Time that makes one the master of Time. Prince has mastered this as well.
