I saw an episode of Def Poetry the other night and this actor started his poem sayin "I knew a girl named Nikki. I guess you can say she was a sex fiend." He went on to talk about some stripper he met who took him home to have sex and she wanted him to pull her hair at the ends, choke her, and hit her. He ended with same line, "I knew a girl named Nikki..." It was good. Anybody else see it? I'm not that into the show yet. They should just bring back Def Comedy Jam

I love Def Poetry, there are some great poets/writers who perform there. I didn't get to see the particular show you're talking about, unfortunately. I'd love one day to perform some of my writing in that forum...
