in appreciation of '7' i listened to this song yesterday on my ipod whilst walking home from work. it blew me away. how did it come out of somebodys mind? how can anybody be that gifted. i like to think that what prince said was true "i do not write the music, i am just the catalyst from a higher power". i do not subscribe to any religion but hearing that song yesterday really made me think it was a gift from god. amazing.

It's funny I was just readiing something about "7" the other day and it made me realize how amazing it was that it was a hit. It's certainly not geared toward the pop market with its psychedelic feel and strong reliigious theme. It even has eerie laughter mimicking the antichrist. Yet, it works. I love it!

co-sign News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.
