Both are doing incredibly well with their respective careers.

They are both amazing.

hmm MJ? Hip? Sorry, don't see it...of the three, he's the one who appears most out of touch with things in general, forget about keeping up with trends!

shit he remind me of a thirteen year old girl in that piccy.

i am so glad he don't wear them and i think he looks better and more sexy in the haircut he has now. nod

I was drooling over a pic with him looking like this and my best friend was like "Krystal, seriously. He looks like a chick. He is wearing BRAIDS!" lol She had this really concerned look on her face which made it even funnier.

Prince is , hes a mellow cat now, Madonna meanwhile is trying 2 reinvent the wheel with this disco dancing shit. Her new album sucks, shes 47 time 2 grow up, Prince is the elder stateman of funk, hes already outlived his 18th century contemporary Mozart so hes going 4 gold.

I didn't see Letterman but I did see her new video. I couldn't stop laughing. lol What is up with the 1976 Farrah Fawcett hairdo? I'm not a Madonna fan but in the past I at least her hair was usually in an up to date style.

in that time period he was still going by that 'prince' moniker, going through things with warner bros., had a child that unfortunately passed away soon after birth, was getting dissed left n'right by music critics and fans alike...not to mention the crystal ball mail order fiasco and the falling-out of fans when he served up those lawsuits against those 9 or so fansites. all that, and he was still in his mid-30s and pushing towards his 40s.

if that ain't explanation enough of a mid-life crisis for the cat, i honestly don't know what is.

I see! But, I don't think that was his Mid Life crisis. Mid Life crisis as some call it in woman also is when a woman/man some time in about their late/Mid 40's start wanting to be young again. Thinking they can be somebody they were not or wanting to be "young" again. It's mostly from a hormonal thing going on..

Woman usually realize they have been a mother and wife "Only" and want something more, usually another man and some fun. Men, usually think they are to young for their aging wife and want another woman, younger usually or they want to start going out with their single friends, starts dressing young, dying the hair lol Thinking they can do things they USE to do when they were much younger. smile

Demi Moore, for instance.. She got her Ashton to guide her through her mid life crisis.. it's really not considered a "crisis", only because alot of people want a divorce eventually while going through the mid life crisis. But the person who is going through it thinks it's just a "normal" phase in their life.

nod I know right?! I think it was a rerun, but I hadn't seen her for a long time and girlfriend wasn't looking so hot. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think it was something about the fake eyelashes caked with mascara that was drag queenish...
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Madonna is still looking great, imo, BUT... the 70's styles she's picking and choosing right now are rather camp and over the top. I think she's just having fun with the whole 'disco diva' thing... stick her in a magazine spread with Farrah and Olivia from the late 70's/early 80's and she wouldn't look out of place at all.
