I thought the Bravo channel filmed him live during the Hit'N'Run tour in SanJose, but i still haven't heard a word about it. Prince has shown some of the footage out at Paisley, but nothing on cable.

Anyone have any official info as to what happened to that?

He should do a Central Park concert for FREE and broadcast it on VH-1 for FREE!! he has lined his pockets enough for

I was actually at the taping of the Bowie LBR. Prince on LBR would rock. Don't let them fool ya though. The whole show is scripted. The only part that's not are the actual phone calls. All the filler b/s is rehearsed (I met someone who had an actual script) and (for Bowie at least) there is a "tentative" setlist (I got one from the stage afterwards). By "tentative" I mean that whoever called in would have had to request one of the songs on the list. In Bowie's case, if you called in and got through and requested say Young Americans or Blue Jean they wouldn't put you through because they weren't on the list. If you requested Hallo Spaceboy or Be My Wife you would have. Princes would probably be bigger because I believe he and his band know more songs. Prince is also a little bit more spontaneous than Bowie.
