So, there were no videos from SIGN O THE TIMES? I thought he put out "sign o the times' 'u got the look' and 'if i was your girlfriend' as singles, didn't he?

If there were no videos, how did the album sell 1 million in the states, what type of promo did he do?

There were videos for all the singles apart from 'If i Was Your Girlfriend'.
(which I believe ended up having a cobbled together video assembled for it
using clips from other videos).


Sign O' The Times had a early computer generated graphic video
and the video for U Got The Look is included in the Sign O The Times concert movie.
And the video for 'I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man' is just lifted
from the concert video too.
