This "track" was on the B-side of some versions of the D+P single - I have never heard it. Is it simply fade-ins and fade-outs of certain tracks (if so, which tracks and which parts), or is there some clear input by Prince? I'm sure it's not quite like 2 Whom It May Concern, which I consider to be a song in its own right, but I'm wondering if it's like the NPGMC free MP3 commercial when the club opened memberships in 2001, with excerpts of songs spliced together by narrative.

Can someone share some details?

While I do not remember exactly what songs were used, it was just a 'fade in, fade out' kind of thing...nothing really that special.
