Does anyone have the time breaks already figured out for Lovesexy?

I ordered a German version, but I got a 1-track CD! So I've decided to track it myself . . . I read the other posts on "how-to", but now I need help with the timing. I figured someone here has already figured out (better than I would!)

When I made mine, I just listened to it and pressed "track increase" when the next track started. Of course, I had heard the album for years and knew exactly when the next track was going to start.
