I later look straight ahead at the back seat and notice the name of the cab company:





Flyte Tyme.

Spelled exactly the same way that the old group spelled it.

Any of you ever had an experience like this?

So,i'm browsing through Shinders bookstore last weekend,i come across this

I once started a discussion with a cab driver about the deeper significance of taxis in Prince´s music.

It was a very interesting discussion, though he didn´t even know about most of the songs I mentioned ( Lady Cab Driver, Annie Christian, etc.).

I believfe ther'es a limosine company in NYC called FLyte Tyme adn I've seen their name listed in credits for TV shows as providing transportation

In my area of New York, there's a Purple Rain cable installation company. Their trucks use the Purple Rain graphics

Every once in a cherry moon,

I have no idea if thsi is chain-wide, but the local Boston Pizza's have a "Purple Rain" on the drink menu. I forget what's in it, but it's purple and tastes like 7 Up.
