I asked this question a while ago but lost the info. I'm looking for any video/dvd that has prince perfoming the purple rain stuff. At least doves,beautfiul ones,purple rain, and darling nicky. Anyone know? There was some video that someone mentioned but I forgot. And no, I'm not talking about boots, (though I DONT HAVE ANY). Someone had mentioned a vhs/dvd that had it or something. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks

it's called "Prince & The Revolution Live" from March 1985 -- you can find it at Amazon.com or most any store that sells VHS tapes. Peace and enjoy.

Except if you get the Purple Rain 2 DVD set, they include musidc videos on the 2nd disc, some of which are form the PR tour: I Would Die 4 U/Baby I'm A Star (the best) and Take Me With U.

The Under The Cherry Moon Dvd includes the video to Anotherloverholeinyohead which is also live from the Parade Tour.

I also have this VHS tape. Does anyone "in the know" know if this ever will be released on DVD????
Its such a fantastic concert. Love the fact that they play the backwards bits from the Purple Rain album forwards (the end of Darling Nikki) and other cool 'conversations with God'.
