Prince on George Clinton album?

Was Prince involved in George Clinton's 1993 album "Hey Man...Smell My Finger!", besides writing/producing the song "The Big Pump"?

Wasnt the album released on NPG records? Also theres a few Prince samples in some of the songs and his voice is definatly evident on lets get satisfied 4 example. Either way its a great album!
