3 Chain's 'O Gold
All of it is so cool sounding. Especially how after he sings the 3 Chains 'O Gold part for the first time he gets those little bit of harmonics on the solo. The end gives me the chills too!

Call me strange, but i like the solo on "I Will" from C&D...

"I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man" (the call-and-response always makes me smile).
"Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad?" (the fast, harmony soloing at the end).
"Purple Rain" (just emotional, through and through).
