Purple Music

recorded around 81/82 what's the general consensus here on this song? i myself think it's amazing. if i were Prince i'd release a collection of all the unreleased 80's gems and call it Purple Music. man it would sell like hot cakes!

I love it. My copy's a bit crap though. If I could get my hands on a decent-quality version of Purple Music I'd be in heaven. music

Love it. Epitomised the brilliance of his early sound.

Hate it. It just goes on and on and on with quite a monotonous groove and tone.

It's a fun listen! Trippy indeed.
