where would these hits be coming from? certainly not the 90's.
Most of the 90's was stale and stacked up against the 80's it would look feeble. Cyrtsal Ball was garbage, The Vault (Old Friends For Sale) was dope. We need a 12" comp. that would be hot!!!!! [Edited 10/15/05 7:37am] | |

There really is no need for another "greatest hits" compilation because after the last one, there were no more "greatest hits." You could have a choice of what fans think qualify as some of his best work over the last 12 years, but he's had no real hits since '94.
I definitely would be down for a Crystal Ball II. |

Greatest hits albums are for suckers who aren't real fans. Those of us with a relatively complete collection don't need this. I would rather see new music. I have to believe that he'll come up with another gem of an album one of these days. Heck, a real gem of a song from him would be enough. The good news is that he is prolific enough that he just might be able to do it. | |
