Today I was watching Vh1 and I saw a clip of a video. What I heard was actually more important - that "hooo-eee!" sound that's in a lot of Prince's songs (more specifically, 14 seconds into "The Max" off of the album).

I'm about ready to tear my hair out because I can't remember which song it was. Nor who sang it. I think it was a pop song recorded a few years ago. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?

While I'm on this topic, who/what made that sound? What is it from? Same goes for that dog barking sound ("oer-oer-oer-oerrr") from " Wanna Melt With U" 2 minutes and 24 seconds in... right after he says "Just like a dog." It also shows up in "La La La He He Hee."

Any other notorious sounds I'm missing?
