Would all that make a decent double album or does the list need editing. I know I've left out alot of the usual suspects like When Doves Cry, 17 Days, Erotic City, Raspberry Beret and Computer Blue but don't U feel U can sometimes get fed up of those ones. If I were to switch one It'd probably be Lovesign for Raspberry Beret.

But I'll have to agree with what was said above - PR (the song) just has never sat well with me... It's probably my least favorite tune on the entire album, actually.

Before I did this I listened to the likes of When Doves Cry and Sign O the Times a few times before I discarded them. There are alot of "almost" songs, Extra Loveable, Computer Blue (hallway speech), Lets Work (Long Version) etc. etc.

Wow u guys sure have alot of songs. I havent heard too many bootlegs, live jams and outatkes etc, but from what I know heres some I would say are 5 out of 5's in mostly chronological order. Theres not many as a lot of his songs I would give 4 out of 5's too.

People do not get "fed up" with genius works unless they have a limited musical vocabulary against which to develop meaningful value assessments. I never grow weary of the Purple Rain album - just as I dont get tired of hearing Electric Ladyland or Exile on Main Street or Dark Side of the Moon or Live at the Apoll or There a Riot Going On.
