the name change Was Prince's name change to  legal or was it a stage name? Does anyone know?
If it was made legal, what the hell did his driver's license say? What did he write on checks or the back of his credit card? 
Of course, it was just a stage name, then forget this thread. He'd have had to write "Prince Nelson" or "P. Nelson" or something anyway.  "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |

Regardless of what it said on his driver's license, I know it was pronounced "Victor". Or was it "Christopher". It for damn sure wasn't "Taffy". All good things they say never last... | |
