So, I was driving around today and I thought of a neat-o idear for a thread. Prince is always talking about how he doesnt have any competition any longer (except for his back catalog). And well, if you had a chance to sit down with prince and play one song and say, "this blows away anything and everything anybody else out there is doing today" which song would it be?

Now, theres a reason why I am choosing house music as the first category. I remember a while back Prince mentioning that he wasnt really interested in house music because it lacked soul and heart. I always thought that was odd because Prince was soo good at taking underground music and bringing life to it.

So, heres our chance to challenge Prince. Please name the Artist, Song Title & Album.

Well newjack is long and dead but prince never got that right.

"new power generation" was a lame attempt at "my preogative". Its not a bad song, but no.....

then he sorta tried again with "my name is prince", which sounded like a full force track somewhat

I love house...Follow Me by Glen Underground featuring Swaylo is a great house tune. It did come out in 2004. More receently try Feel by Li"sha project, the Miguel Miggs Petalpusher vocal. I also like Feelin so High by Johann Willenburg featuring Melinda Jackson.

I have been into House since 84 and have been mixing ever since then. Im from Chicago so I have been around since the begining. Im a big Fan of Steve silk Hurley. I have also like allot of the recent Music on the Naked Label out of New York.
