Daisy Chain is a colloquial phrase for a cow's udder.

So called because Daisy = Cow (Daisy the Cow is a cliched name in the same way that Nellie the Elephant, Rover the Dog etc. are cliched names).

The 'Chain' part comes originally from Cornwall, England. So called because pulling the udder (when milking the cow) = a bit like pulling a toilet chain to flush the bog.

Hence, "Daisy Chain" is a cow's udder. I'm 100% certain that's what Prince was on about.

Daisy Chain...meaning one links to the other who links to the other. It's basically a sex act involving more than 2 people. One person is "doing" (whatever) to one person who is "doing" (whatever) to different person.

In gay sex it could be one guy fuckin another while that one guy is fucking a different person.

I think he is referring to the sexual Daisy Chain, as well as a sort of spiritual one as well. He is refusing to take part in something he considers immoral, either way.
