I was once at a party and asked for some Prince, and they eventually played "Partyman"... which instantly cleared the floor. A few years later though I was in a club and they played "My Name Is Prince" and almost everybody got up to dance. Weird.

Hi,
I dj at a bar in the town where i live. My set consists mainly of Hip Hop, R&B, Funk and soul. Whenever i play a Prince track the dance floor just clears - Even songs like kiss dont work. I never understand why? Cameo works, luther works, george benson works, JB works, early michael jackson works too but never Prince.

WHY mad

FOR A SET CONSISTS OF MAINLY HIP-HOP R&B ETC TRY SEXY DANCER OR HEAD THOSE TWO SHOULD WORK!
I'M NOT SHOUTING, JEEZ!
