what's the first 3 minutes of Copenhagen like? i've heard the release of Copenhagen from C-note was released twice on the NPG. the orignal had a three minute opening. was it his GEETAR? what's it like. is it the same quality? | |

It starts solidly (i.e. not fading in) and builds up the track well for the remainder of the song. Sadly, since the horns play a part of Jean-Pierre by future Hall Of Famer Miles Davis, Prince removed this part and faded in the rest of the track upon its C-Note re-release. Too bad. | |

So that's why ! I always thought it was stupid 2 edit the song that way, the 1st version is way better with that strong start ! I don't c the point anyway : Prince COULD afford 2 pay royalties the owners of Miles'rights... | |
