says 11/03/04...it can't be November in Minnesota..there ain't no snow...or it could be march but...there's prolly show in march too...so...when did you take these pics?

Many years ago I spent a fall semester going to a college in Minneapolis. I bought a heavy parka & boots & long underwear so I would be prepared for the worst.
It snowed one day in December about a half an inch.
That was it the whole time I was there.
And it wasn't that cold.
Theres this myth that Minnesota is the polar icecap & its not true.

lol

well, it's not the polar ice cap but it can get pretty durn cold. Some years are worse than others, but january ALWAYS has some bitterly cold days. It's pretty standard that we will have at least a week where we don't break above O F.

lol Nice thread!
When the sunlight strikes raindrops in the air, they act as a prism and form a rainbow. The rainbow is a division of white light into many beautiful colors. Regardless of the day, I'm glad you were born.

Paisley Park looks like a supersized Sears! biggrin

My dad (who isn't a Prince fan at all) decided to visit Paisley Park when he was in the area. His impression of the place was that it looked like a small suburban office/industrial park--maybe a dentist's clinic and a few other offices in the main part of the building, and a small widget factory in the soundstage area. He said--and I agree--that judging from the exterior, you'd never guess that it's Prince's studio complex.
Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position.
