Camille on TRC? Why do some say so?

Personally, I do not know. Is it because of semi-nasty lyrics?
For example, "stroke your hair a hundred times, let me C what eye can find."

Or...is it the sound of Camille's voice?

There a sped up voice in places on the album.

I think it's Prince just playing with his voice like he did with some of his older recordings, more so than a re-emergence of his Camille personal.
