Have any of you ever lost some Prince stuff and then either had it returned or found? Isn't finding what was lost almost like a revival? Share your tales here.

My latest is that I have an external Hard Drive with all of my Prince Videos on it. Everything I have downloaded over the years. This past May the HD quit on me. A friend of mine is supposed to make me copies of what I gave him that was on there...but that's slow going. And then I had a Purple Vision of me making copies of all my videos for my last party on CD. I opened up the desk drawer and there they were!

There was my Koo Koo, Drive Me Wild , Glamourous Life, He's so Dull , Automatic

I'm just so happy

I made copies of all my Prince stuff after I lost the Gold Experience for a week.

Turns out it was in the glove compartment of my mothers car, but that experience
was too tramatic to imagine going through again.
So now my "masters" never leave the house.
I know Im paranoid but I can't help it

Lost - Brand new shirt from his NPGMC site. Lent it to a girl at a party..she never wore it, I forgot to ask for it that night. Have been plying footsie with her to get it back ever since. What a Cu**! I have since stopped trying to get it.

Lost : hundred of pictures when I moved from France to Israel (I hope they are at my parent's house)

Disks from 1978 to Batman then some of them I stole from my older brother (he's got so much good stuff !!!)

I found back my tambourine and went on some share to share to find the songs I cannot live without.

If I could have all the things I missed would be just great. It's a shame an artist doesn't own his masters...

It is a great feeling!

I thought my favorite Prince poster of all-time was gone forever. The one of him in the shower, of course. This poster was the first thing I saw in the morning and the last thing I saw at night for 5 years. When I moved out of my mother's house 19 years ago, she told me she "tore all that shit down and threw away the heathen!"

Well Mom's gone now and I was helping my sister clean the attic at the old house, a few months back and what do you know? Way in the back, shoved into a corner were some poster tubes with my name on them, inside were ALL my favorite posters in almost mint condition.

What if there's a fire?

Finding my "For You" disc scratched by movers and then discovering the tape ina box thats been closed for 8 years, and hearing In Love again after all this time. Where my "Prince" tape is still a mystery, and I can't find my CD's for 1999 or Parade.
