Ben Harper or Jill Scott would be cool.

I'd also love to see him do something with a rock musician
Though I guess my dreams of a Trent Reznor collabo are shot I'll just hope for something with Santana, or the Chilli Peppers or Mary J. If you will, so will I

Rinluv said: Im surprised he hasn't worked with Common yet. They both mentioned eachother on their albums. Prince on the Mellow song "Macy and Common were there" on the Rainbow Children album. Common said something like "Little Red Corvette, no she was faster", on one of his songs that was hot I might add, video was cool too. I think they should work 2gether, if they work 2gether that would B magic material.
He has worked with Common, on Common's CD, "The Electric Circus". Prince play keyboard on a track. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

He and McCartney will never work together. McCartney is a big Prince fan (and went to the Reno Musicology 'workout' gig), but they're both huge ego-freaks. It's also why the two Pauls (Simon and McCartney) will never record an album together. And believe me, I'd like nothing more than to be proved wrong on all this - I just don't see it happening.

Keys, The Roots, Janet Jackson, Santana or The Red Hot Chilli Peppers All these people are creditable musicians in one sense or another I'm suprised he hasn't worked with them. It would be interesting to see what would come of some of these couplings I'd like to see him perform with Eminem, Kid Rock, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. All the biggiez!

I surprised nobody mentioned James Brown or Sly Stone. It can still happen if they coax Sly out of retirement & everybody checks their egos at the door.
