prince is here

i ber he visits prince.org very often.i mean
in the year 1999 many fans were not fond on prince's rave un2 the joy funtastic, and his then band line up.

fans were talking about how great would be if he make more organic sound.how he should get kirk and larry out of the band.

2 years later we got his most organic album ever "the rainbow children"
kirk johnson and larry were out of the band.

prince played "empty room" on the 2002 celebration.
that song is an outtake.

but it got cult status around his fans.
how come he played that song ,
why he didn't play some less know outtake.
it's all because prince reads the stuff on the org.
he does care what ppl think about his royall badness.
you'll see he will probably revisit "just my imagination" maybe he would play the same solo as he did on small club.

I doubt he'd care to, even if he did have the time.

Pleae. In 1998-2002 he was listening to/reading Alt.Music.Prince and reacting to them, not Prince.Org lol

Per the NPG Club he does little things like that to let his fans know he's watching.

Well, that's what I read.

I'd call it coincidence. I seriously doubt that he lets people on the internet influence major decisions concerning his career. I met Kirk Johnson at Paisley Park a few years ago. He's a pretty cool dude.

I know some of you crusty old-timers are way over this type of thread-oh well.
I also know for a FACT that Prince does read the org and many of you moderators and old-timers know it as well. When I posted an "open letter to The Time" and a few other posts he read them and even printed out one of them. What does it mean? Probably not much. Does he get any kind of inspiration from the org? Who knows. I would imagine that there are a few gems of wisdom and inspiration hidden amongst these threads. I've got nothing else to say right now...
